A quiet, spacious place in Sherman oaks that is clean, but make sure to communicate about check-in Positive: The house was clean and fully loaded with a pool, which was great for my family. Very spacious. Negative: We requested to be in early at 2:00 as it was offered, and arrived at that time for check-in. We were then told we could not, so we had to wait for an hour to get in after driving 6 hours. It was also very hard to get a response from the hosts after we had arrived for the code. There was some sort of pool hose in the pool the whole time that we had to monitor, as I had a child swimming in the water, and it was a hazard. There was so much falling debris from the plants above the outdoor that covered the outside that it was hard to use the space.

Amazing place to stay when visiting LA (with a car) Positive: Close to universal studios. Everything was super cool. The house is spacious and well equipped. The mattresses and pillows were OMG-amazing! The host was very helpful, all our needs were sorted in no time. The pool is amazing and quite warm. It can be heated up for a one-time fee (50USD). Negative: Nothing to mention.

Negative: everything was fine, just I would it like the jacuzzi to be included in the renting price instead of having to pay extra money to be able to use it, specially in cold days or you should specify that on the booking before renting so we are aware is not included.
