False advertisement Positive: The house was in a great neighborhood and close by to stores and site seeing. The how was spacious and fit our large family group that we planned this vacation with for months in advance. Bed were comfortable. Negative: Very disappointing stay. We paid over $1,600 for a family vacation rental that was nowhere near what was advertised. .Dirty, poorly maintained pool despite being instructed to leave the pool cleaner running Broken tiles inside the home, creating a safety concern for young children Exposed wires on the refrigerator also a major concern for children as they were very easily reachable/Refrigerator light barely worked Water leaking from underneath the refrigerator/Water dispenser in the refrigerator was not working properly Poor water pressure in two bathrooms Broken furniture Spider webs Leaves and debris throughout the yarddirty outdoor furniture BBQ pit was dirty and appeared broken/unusable Dishwasher had a note stating “DO NOT USE” A/C filter was severely clogged with dust and appeared not to have been changed in a very long time Property did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival Property did not look like the listing photos Early check-in was denied because we were told the property needed to be cleaned, yet the home appeared poorly cleaned upon arrival Safety and maintenance concerns were not adequately addressed when brought to owners attention at check in they were not present as all the doors were digital locks. When texted owner our concerns were met with "Thanks for bringing these issues to my attention" After paying over $1,600, only a $42 credit was offered after our complaints to customer service, as they stated an agreement for resolution could not be agreed upon with the property owner Poor customer service and lack of meaningful resolution even though we had legitimate safety concerns. Will definitely not be using this app to book in the future.

Backed up sewage stink bad water pressure shower broken and damaged floors, dish washer, bathroom sink high chair, toilet etc three days no plumber after 3rd day when plumber showed up and they claimed the fixed the toilet sewage when we got home and tried to flush after two flushes it was still backed up just test flushes broken and dis maintained property Had to clean up the sewage from the overflow of other people’s poop toilet paper in the pool side patio for well over 3 hours (not part of the rental contract based on my understanding or vacation plan)Constant promises of someone will be there for 3 days and no show Many apologizes but lack of action List is very long but smell was even worse Air filer on the air vents had an inch of cobwebs and dirt very gross totally in healthy and moldy Please look at all my communication and text massages regularly Over 30 photos provided with most issues Dirty pool moldy hot tub could not take any chances to get in them List goes on and onI expect full refund and have not seen anything yetHope that gives a clear picture of our experience

It is a good location and fit 10 of us comfortably. We also enjoyed the pool.The power in the casita went out a couple of times, 2/3 ovens were broken, and 1/2 dishwashers were broken. We noticed that there were no pool towels and the kitchen was sparse in terms of cooking utensils. The floors were also not clean. We also had an issue with a water spigot. Overall, property served its purpose but it was not without its hiccups.

Negative: very dirty, alot of things broken, house full of ants and roaches, fridge didn't work, there was a dirty tampon in the room
