Entertainer home hot tub Universal sleeps 12

After many years of getting together this was our worst rental expierence Positive: There were enough beds and walk-in showers. Negative: This list is pretty long... 1. Front door lock box was severely scratched..by pure luck we finally got in. 2. None of the TVs worked according to instructions. 3. Could not figure out the air/heat systems 4. Owners never responded to texts. 5. The property mgmt co. finally responded...and it took til day 3 to get someone to come and help..this was after several times we're scheduled, forcing someone to stay at the house and wait 6. The hot tub never got above 99....it was agreed that a $60 refund would be made...haven't received it yet. 7. The 5 of us strongly believe we should receive at least a partial refund . 8. Based on our experience, we would Not recommend this property.

I fully satisfied. Positive: location Negative: hard to contact owner.

Positive: Very nice and comfortable with all amenities and spacious rooms.

Positive: Great place, great location, great host. Everything met our expectations.

The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy kitchen and living space. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of lovely outdoor space.
