Spacious Studio Universal Private Entry Patio

Buen estudio, buena ubicación pero necesita inversión para mejoras Positive: La ubicación, la habitación es amplia con todo tipo de servicios. La terraza es muy cómoda y permite desayunar al aire libre Negative: La cama necesita cambio de colchón porque se notan los muelles al dormir. Además, el último día nos dimos cuenta que había una puerta que daba accesos al estudio desde el cuarto de lavado sin ningún tipo de candado…es decir cualquiera que fuera al cuarto de lavado, podía abrir esa puerta y entrar en nuestro estudio con los enseres personales.

Positive: The private outdoor patio Negative: Upon arrival around 6 p.m., we still had not received the entry instructions. I called the host, Mike. He insisted that he had sent an email with instructions. I had not received it. Could he text it? Mike did walk me through finding the lockbox. However, he was unbelievably extremely rude to me.I explained that we had had a very long drive with our first EV and were seniors. He berated me for explaining that I was having difficulties. He told me to "stop talking so he could help me help myself. I was just trying to be friendly. We couldn't get the lockbox open. Luckily a tenant helped. It took him over 5 minutes to open it. In all of my years traveling various locations throughout the world.I have never been spoken to so harshly by a host. Ever! If we hadn't already paid, we would have found somewhere else to stay.

Positive: Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu accès à la piscine alors que nous avions réservé avant. L’emplacement est idéal et calme.

Una casa accogliente in un quartiere tranquillo Positive: Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casetta è molto accogliente, la posizione ottima. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con la temperatura (che non può essere regolata in autonomia) e la comunicazione con l'host tramite app è stata efficace. Anche l'angolo cottura ben attrezzato. Negative: Non c'è un tavolo per consumare comodamente i pasti, ma ci si può arrangiare facilmente con il tavolino da tè.
